Opens a dropdown menu of all active clans on the server. Selecting a clan opens a detailed application form for you to submit your hours, profile, and reasons for joining directly to the clan's leaders.
Voluntarily leave your current clan. This instantly revokes your access to their private text and voice channels. If you are the Clan Owner, you must transfer ownership before leaving, unless you are the last member, which will disband the clan entirely.
Opens a scheduling form to sends a clan event or general event (like Wipe Day or a Raid, Etc.). It sends a stylized post with the start time automatically converted to every user's local timezone, and includes RSVP buttons for Going, Maybe, or Can't Make It. Clan Hub will automatically ping RSVPs 15 minutes before as a reminder, and 1 minute right before it starts.
Displays all upcoming scheduled events for your clan. It shows exactly how long until the event starts, the current RSVP counts, and provides a direct jump-link to the original event post for users to easily RSVP.
Displays a paginated roster of everyone currently in your clan. Members are neatly grouped by their assigned ranks (Leader, Co-Leader, Veteran, etc.) and displays a green/red indicator for their current Discord online status.
Start a Looking For Group post. Interested users can click the Join button, which securely alerts you to approve or deny them. Approving a user automatically updates the LFG post's open slots. You can cancel your LFG post at any time by clicking the Cancel button.
🛡️ Leadership & Ranks
View a history of your clan's Audit Logs. Keep track of exactly who is managing the clan by seeing timestamps of when leaders invite, kick, or promote members, and when users accept/deny invites, etc. Includes advanced optional filters to sort by User or Action, and UI menus to delete specific logs or mass-wipe filtered results or all if no filters are applied. This is protected with a "Confirm to delete" button to prevent accidental deletions. (Note: Deleting logs is permanently recorded to prevent rogue leadership).
Promote a clan member to a Co-Leader/Manager. This grants them the Discord permissions required to use moderation commands like /claninvite, /clankick, /promote, etc.
Issue a warning strike to a clan member. Strikes are securely logged per-clan. If a user accumulates 3 strikes, Clan Hub will automatically ping leadership with an alert to take action.
View a list of all active warning strikes within your clan for the last 30 days. Warnings fall off 30 days after it is issued. You can optionally delete warnings, and filter this list to view the strike history of a single specific user, or all warnings when using no filter.
Strips a Manager or Co-Leader of their administrative powers, returning them to a standard member rank. They will no longer be able to invite, kick, or manage the clan's settings.
Assign a specific title to a clan member to organize your /roster. Triggers a dropdown menu allowing you to select from standard ranks or any custom ranks you have created.
Removes a user's custom or assigned clan rank. This reverts their display status on the /roster back to the default 'Member' group.
Create a brand new custom rank (e.g., "Marshal", "Commander", "Farmer", Etc.) that you can assign to your members to better organize your clan's dynamic roster.
Opens a menu to permanently delete a custom clan rank.Warning: Deleting a rank will instantly remove it from any members who currently hold it.
Transfer the "Clan Owner" status to another member. This passes the crown and grants them exclusive access to commands like /renameclan and clan disbanding.
Sends a direct message to a user with an invitation to join your clan. If their DMs are closed, Clan Hub routes the invite to the server's public fallback channel, so the message always goes through.
Immediately remove a user from your clan. This revokes their permissions to see or type in your private text channel and automatically boots them from your clan's voice chats.
Review a list of recruitment applications that your clan previously denied. Allows leaders to reconsider, override the denial, and accept the user into the clan.
